Lately, I have been really taking care of myself. At least, I tried to. Not only have I joined the gym again, also have I been tracking my eating habits. I have always had a bumpy relationship with eating healthy. Although summer 2014 is not around the corner yet, I have already started preparing for it.
I still find it very difficult to keep up the good work though. Chocolate I must admit, is my achilles heel. Especially when I get home from school, it is really difficult for me to keep my hands of the sweet stuff.
However, I have tried to replace it with healthy alternatives such as fruit or vegetables. This is going really well, a few exceptions not taken into account..
When it comes to the gym, I haven't really found my way into that. Time is the limiting factor, which is probably the most utilized excuse ever.. I hope I will get more time (and a bit more motivation to be completely honest with you) in the future. The gym can be a blast, I just have to rediscover this! In the near future I think I will be able to spend more time working out. From that moment my motivation will come instantly.
The most important thing is to be nice to your body, take good care of it and this will show on the outside! And you know what they say; 'Confidence Will Make You Happier Than Any Diet'
